just wanted to say that you did an awesome job of moving the hearts of all of us in the rat’s mouth last night!  Your humor broke down walls and made way for real ministry through your new music.  My favorite was What’s Wrong With This World- the hook is still going in my memory right now!  I’m excited to pop in the new CD and hear what a Shaun Groves produced CD sounds like.  Thanks for taking the time to listen to mine and meet my wife and I as well!

The concert in Boca Raton (Mouth of the Rat) on Monday was amazing. The Holy Spirit really ministered to us through Shaun’s words and his music. The $5 CD’s, unfortunately for me, were sold out before the ending of the concert! I’m planning to buy one this weekend. Can’t wait.

hey. . i just got my copy of the CD tonight. My first ever exposure to Shaun Groves’ music. .  i like it.

I don’t know what i expected? the music is a lot edgier than i thought it would be. . i have these ‘prejudices’ when it comes to Christian music, i guess *even though I’m a follower of Christ* I do like some of it, don’t get me wrong but i like mainstream/’secular’ stuff, i must confess. . i find it . . i don’t know. .often more inventive, more socially relevant. . you hear a lot of ‘soul cries’ in mainstream music . . i feel like if i lost touch with that, i’d be too sheltered from what the world is saying through its songwriters.

So, yeah—i like this CD!  I’m sure that i’ll come to appreciate it even more as i listen to it and read through the words.

hey i went to your concert today at the peoples church. I loved it ur so funni! I know u can sing but didnt know u had such a great sense of humor. Thanx for comming and doing that concert. I also learned a lot threw what u said. I really enjoyed it!!! And ur music rox!!! oh and thank you for singing the song “see you”!!! I was soooo happy! I love that song!!!

I picked up my copy at FCS today.  I’m loving it!!

Glad you had a great time and turnout in FL and hope the trip to N’ville and then out to TX goes smoothly.

I got my two copies in the mail yesterday!!!!  I was only able to listen to it one time through yet, but I love it.  I brought it to work today, so I should have all the songs memorized by the end of the day!  Yesterday, I was listening to our local radio station and they announced that White Flag would be coming out the second week of August!  I called them up to tell them it would be out July 12.  The DJ apologized on air and let everyone know that they would be able to purchase it today!!

I hope to get my hands on 2 copies - 1 for us and 1 for a friend. . now i’ll finally be able to hear what everyone else has been hearing for a while now. I don’t know why i’m so out of touch!!!?
