Sarah, you may not understand. There are rules that men follow with near-religious fervor. You do not talk in a public bathroom. Ever. For any reason. Your hair could catch fire, and you would hold in screams of pain until ofter you leave the restroom. The strict observance of this rule causes a man to shut down when violated - even by a child.
And, not so bad with Shaun’s older kids, but with mine toddler there is an additional problem. This relates to the standing aspect of our business. Toddling kids get in the way. Literally.
