03.19.07 Bidding On Jesus
Shane Grammer painted onstage during my concert in Auburn, California tonight. He did an amazing job.
Thing is, now we have this massive painting we can’t fly home with. So, what we’re doing is leaving it with my road manager Brody‘s mom (Brody’s from Auburn). And we’re auctioning it off right here in the comments of this post. Brody’s mom will ship it for us to the highest bidder when payment is received (U.S. only).
We’re paying for our own plane tickets and rental cars so promoters can bring our tour and the message about Compassion to their cities for free. That’s become pretty expensive. So, the money raised from the sale of the painting will go to cover some of our travel expenses on the California leg of this tour. Anything left over will go to Compassion International.
The bidding starts at $150. Post your bid in the comments below. I’ll get in touch with the highest bidder to receive payment. Bidding ends April 6 at 5PM.

No offense shaun but it is not the most flattering painting of you… you look like some photos I’ve seen of Jesus. However I know that this is for a good cause I am sure and that is all that MATTERS! That and the fact that some lucky person gets it hang this on thier wall and say..."Yes, that’s Shaun I am sure” that in it self is COOL!Personally I would bid but frankly I am broke.

I just figured out that this is a pianting of Jesus not Shaun. In that case this is an excellent painting of Jesus!!!
