02.06.07 Kat Interviews Some Poor Independent Musician Guy

Kat has interviewed Andrew Osenga for her newest venture: a music blog.  (Hmmm. Can I sue?)

Asked what the hard parts of being an indie musician are, he says…

Money is always the biggest challenge to an indie artist, I imagine, especially one with two kids and a mortgage. Every month is an exercise in trusting that God wants me to do this and that He’ll provide for us.

Amen.  And boy am I getting tired of exercising.

Check out the entire interview.

Thanks for the props. (I don’t actually know what that means, but it sounds appropriate.)

Not that I am anywhere near “urban” or “hip” in any fashion, but I believe “props” is a shortened version of “proper respect” or “proper recognition”.  The internet scholars have not decided which of these it is, but both make sense.

So mad props to Kat for a slammin’ blizog.
