would you believe it?

with only the lightest dusting of snow in october, that lasted oh, maybe half a day.... mn has surived until today WITH OUT SNOW!

shocking isnt it?  december 21 is our first REAL snowfall of the year!  good grief, i hope that doesnt mean we’ll have snow until may!  gulp

funny though, that the we would be graced by an angelic pillow fight (their pillows are made of snow you know) on the first day of winter.  smile

so…
how’s the weather where you are at?  has it been snowing a lot?  is it nice and warm and sunny (if it is, dont tell me! haha)?  how has your winter been so far - weather-wise?

The weather has been strange this year.  We had a blizzard Dec 4th and ended up with twelve inches of snow. shock  Today it is raining and the weather people say that we should end up with more then a half of inch of rain by the time it is over today. That means we will not have a white Christmas here in south eastern Wisconsin. downer

It was pretty warm for a while, but it got colder a couple of days ago.  It’s raining now.  No snow here yet.  I was hoping for a white Christmas, but I think it’ll be a rainy Christmas, lol.

ironic that the one state that hasnt had snow until now is the one that keeps it (maybe) and the ones that had snow previously do not have it now.  but theres still time before christmas, so dont give up hope yet!

we have melting trees (snow from trees that is) and slushy roads, but still some white on the ground. may not be a very heavily white christmas, but hopefully we’ll get some white in the end!
