Thomas, thank you for recording and sending me liners. I’d love to get them from everyone who listens! If you have even a cheap computer microphone, you can record a liner. I’m saving up for a telephone hybrid for my home studio too so I can record phone interviews and collect people’s liners that way, but it’ll be months til I can do that.
On True Story Radio today, we’re thinking about the imagery of the wind in the Bible and in music. Wind can be a force of resistance when you’re facing it, or it can make your trip easier if it’s behind you. Call it a breeze, and it becomes a more romantic image. In the Bible, wind has been used to symbolize the Spirit in the New Testament and wasted efforts in the Old Testament.
Listen for music from Julian Drive, Pillar, Shaun, George Rowe, Watermark, Kutless, Ginny Owens, Lifehouse, Rich Mullins and more.
