Here’s an update. Our pastor forwarded a note about Chris, the young man that fell in New Orleans. His family wrote: Thank you for your many prayers for Chris. We are so blessed that he had so many people who loved him with him when this tragic accident occured. We’ve seen God’s answer to prayer daily and we have you to thank also. Chris is doing better every day and looking forward to coming home in February & we pray that he is able to walk soon thereafter. Thank you for everything, you guys are great and we will never forget you.
Just got an update about my nephew Ben too. His surgery went very well and he’s not even taking anything for pain. He’s playing normally. He will go for another hearing test next month to see if he’s going to need hearing aids or not. His speech has greatly improved over the last six months so that’s a HUGE praise. Thanks for all your prayers!
My friend’s dad that I asked prayer for last month died today and the hospital didn’t even notify my friend. She didn’t get to say goodbye.
I’d sure appreciate your prayers for her, for her spiritual strength, protection and stability. It’s going to be very, very difficult for her to be on her own in the world.
Nancy, I’m praying for your friend. It’s terrible that she wasn’t able to say goodbye. It sounded like maybe there were some issues that needed to be worked through when you posted about them...I’m praying that she was able to resolve what she needed to, and for strength and comfort during this time. Is she anywhere near you?
Howdy Everyone.
More then likely everyone reading this knows that Shaun and a bunch of bloggers are in Uganda.
I just want ask that if you all have some time that you will remember to pray for Shaun, the rest of the bloggers, their families, and that a bunch of children get sponsored by them going over there.
Hey guys...please pray for my twins. Malachi and Seth have been in a Pediatric ICU in Tulsa (2 hours from our home :( ) for the last 23 days. They have RSV and once in the hospital, picked up a staph (or should I say staff ) infection.
I have no idea how much longer they are going to be there...the doctors said 1 week when we got there, but obviously that didn’t quite pan out.
I’m praying for the boys, and for their mom and dad. I can’t imagine the tugging you must be feeling, wanting and needing to be with all of your children in two far-apart places.
My prayers are with your twins and your whole family.
It has been quite sometime since I have posted anything on this board (though I read many posts.) If you would, please keep me in your prayers. I recently had surgery and the recovery is very slow and painful. I have been suffering spinal headaches and back pain to the point that I cannot move my head up and down. My doctors can’t do anything for me so I am left waiting, suffering and praying for better days ahead. Thank you for your prayers.
