Shaun,
Actually, I what I think you said was something about coming to ND to see me and I’m stinkin’ cool, or something like that. I don’t remember it exactly. I took it as a compliment though to be sure. Thanks for suckin’ it up in the cold weather to soft rock the Dakotas. We need all the soft rockin’ we can get. We’re a small but faithful band of fans here (and friends too) and you’re welcome anytime. I’ll make more enchiladas if you’ll make more music. Try to take a later flight out the next day though ‘cause I was yawning at work all day today.
Brody will get there eventually. He’s from CA so the fashionista training may take awhile longer. We did have a discussion while packing up though about updating (should I say STARTING) your shorts wardrobe for the cruise. We decided you should stick with cargos or bermudas (No socks or stripes please. I can’t hang with Orville Reddenbacher!).
The highlight for me though was getting to sponsor another child through Compassion. We now have Leonardo, from Ecuador. His birthday is just three days after our little Wedner who lives in Haiti. He is absolutely adorable although he looks a bit sad in his photo. Mary was worried about him today as we talked about where he’s from and looked at the map, etc. She’s busy drawing pictures for them both now. 16 kids were sponsored last night and that is what it’s all about! Thanks for spreading the word and giving us the opportunity Shaun.
BTW, did you get the pics I sent earlier today? Please post the new look. It’s great!
Beth
