Hey everyone,
Just wanted to ask for prayer. We’re in the process of planting a college church at a local university. The main pop. of the students are commuters w/ the large portion of them being unreached by any campus ministry. We’re located in the Bible belt, but the feeling toward “church” here by much of the students is hostility, but they’re open to talk about spiritual things.
We’re getting ready to (prayerfully) start the first Bible study ("seeker-friendly") and I’ll be meeting with some members from the sponsor church soon about being a part of the core group. God is really opening doors for this and to be honest, parts of it are as scary as heck!
