who else watched the finale?
I watched the last half hour or so of Wednesday’s show. I didn’t watch Tuesday’s show (although I saw clips on the news the next day… why did Blake sing that horrible rendition of “You Give Love a Bad Name” again??)
Anyway, I agree it should’ve been Melinda and Jordin. When Melinda was kicked off last week, I didn’t really care to watch anymore (and I wanted Jordin to win between her and Blake).
With Blake… he’s a decent singer, but the beatboxing thing got old and annoying. And he ruined some classic songs. But he’s got fans and he’s definitely an entertainer.
So, I watched Fox and Friends and one of the guys interviewed Jordin, and asked questions from fans. One asked about the ring on her wedding finger, and she said it was a purity ring because she’s waiting till marriage. I was really happy to hear that - I said “you go girl!” to the screen, lol. Jordin just seems like a really sweet girl (only 17!) with her head on straight as well as a beautiful voice. I just hope and pray she holds on to her values throughout her music career!
